CARDIOLOGIST – Cornell University Veterinary Specialists (Stamford, CT)
Practice at your best, with colleagues and a hospital that value what you bring.
Cornell University Veterinary Specialists (CUVS) is a specialist-run private practice and an independent subsidiary of Cornell University. Our specialists work as a close, collegial team built on collaboration, communication, respect and lifelong learning, and they take an active role in the hospital's medical and strategic decisions. Our culture is one of our greatest strengths.
Shape the service you want to run. We understand that every specialty has its own needs, and we'll work with you to build a cardiology service designed around how you practice. You'll have all the tools to do it, including a sophisticated interventional suite and robust staffing and technology. You'll also have a large, diverse caseload and clients who are willing and able to pursue the best care for their pets.
Strong support across the hospital. Our team includes specialists in emergency and critical care (6), internal medicine (3), surgery (2), oncology (2), diagnostic imaging (2), dentistry and oral surgery (2), ophthalmology, and anesthesiology, with advanced interventional radiology and interventional endoscopy. Our services are further supported by a 365-day criticalist-staffed ECC and an experienced nursing team with many VTSs.
