Carle Health is seeking a BE/BC Anesthesiologist to join Carle Richland Memorial Hospital in Olney, Illinois.

• Full-time position; 3-weeks-on/2-weeks-off with one required weekend call

• Carle Richland Memorial Hospital (CRMH) is a 25-bed Critical Access, DNV accredited facility with 5 OR's that serves 8 Southeastern Illinois counties (109,000+ individuals)
• Over 2,200 surgical procedures were performed at Carle Richland Memorial Hospital in 2025
• CRMH offers a comprehensive range of surgical services including: General, Oncology, OB/GYN, Ophthalmology, Otolaryngology, Urological, Podiatric, and Interventional Pain

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $610,000 - $615,000. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
